Pain starting years after DIEP

Hello! I am 5 years post double mastectomy with DIEP reconstruction. Over the last two months I have been having pain in both breast, nipples and armpits. I can’t feel any noticeable lump and the pain is more on the right but happens on both…? Has anyone had this start so many years post surgery?
