Minus 2--yes, I wanted to hear what my options might be at this point. The PS who did my initial LVA and surgical close for "aesthetic flat" does not perform the dedicated LE surgeries. He referred me to the PS who specializes in the lymphatic procedures but I plan to ask for another doctor. I don't mind if I have to wait occasionally, but other patients in the waiting area told me they get the same treatment time after time. I honestly can't imagine treating cancer patients with so little regard or why his staff doesn't do a better job of scheduling.
Oh, and he instructed a PT to call me and say that I "needed to go in and be measured for a custom sleeve" when he hadn't even seen me. Um, I don't think so, bub. We haven't even discussed possible procedures so I'm not wasting more money.

I've been away from this site for quite a while. I'm finding it difficult to navigate around - it seemed so easy before. I'm looking for information about avoiding cellulitis - have had it three times and want to see if I can figure out how to avoid it. Skin care, safe gardening practices, etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
