Lymph Node Morphology Type

Can someone help me understand my Ultrasound report. I know findings are suspicious…waiting for authorization for CT scan. What does type 2 and type 6 MORPHOLOGY mean? I was told it means LOCATION in the neck, however about auxiliary lymph nodes I found an article that says it has to do with likelihood of metastasis….
