Want to help my sister ( just diagnosed )

Dear friends , I used to ask questions about my mom cancer treatment now she is better. This is my mom picture and her profile ( unfortunately she don’t speak English)

My sister just diagnosed with breast cancer. The oncologist want her to start with chemo . They already removed the cancer. Is here someone who has or had same diagnosis? Here is her test report any recommendations would be helpful.
