Lymphedema self massage

Hi ladies! I wanted to share a link to a self lymphodema massage treatment that has helped me and my neighbor who also had breast cancer. Please ok it with your doctors before trying it, because our situations are all unique. I had a lumpectomy with node removal Mar 2021.

I was able to see a lymphodema therapist soon after finishing treatments and had mild swelling and she used her magic wand to decrease the swelling. I found this self massage online and I have been using it for a couple of years whenever I feel tender in the breast or armpit or notice my scar doesn't show as much (meaning there's swelling). It's simple and doesn't hurt; you are supposed to use very minimal and gentle pressure.

Hope this helps someone!
