Breast implants

Is anyone happy with their breast implants? I have expanders currently. Need to decide on what to do. Is there such a thing as fat transfer?
Please advise.

Yup! I had one step implants (no te’s) placed twelve years ago. They pretty much look the same as my native breasts which was my goal. Fat grafting is possible and though I haven’t had it done there are bco members who have. Please use the search function to find those threads.
