I am having redness, bruising, warmth and pain in my breast that was radiated 6.5 years ago. Found this online. It says it will clear up with Hydrocortisone. Going to try that and going to see an Oncologist Surgeon. https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s13691-021-00528-5
