Tamoxifen question

Good morning! I have a question about experience with Tamoxifen. I started on 5mg daily just about a month ago. I understand that is not the recommended dosage but I agreed with my MO to start there. I’ve noticed some mood changes and things like that. The one that is bugging me quite a bit is that I feel like I have period type cramps. For me, that is a dull abdominal ache but felt quite a bit in my low back. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m not sure if I should bring it up to my doctor. I don’t want to complain so early on but it’s not particularly comfortable. It’s not close to period time either in case anyone is wondering.
