Scalp during/after hair loss

I’m 17 days post first infusion. My scalp started being very tender about day 13. Hair started falling in earnest on day 14. I’m not bald yet, but it’s coming out in clumps. I’ve read many posts about hair loss, but I’m wondering more specifically about the scalp pain. Does the pain stop when the hair is all gone? If not, any tips? I’m just using ice packs to help right now.

    my scalp pain went away when the hair loss ended. Sleeping with a soft sleep cap did help at night, as well as using a silky pillowcase.

    @jlhmom75 Sorry for the scalp pain , I totally understand. That was my biggest complaint when I was losing my hair . Was very painful and I did not expect it. The good news is yes it subsided after hair was gone!

    I just had my first infusion. I was wondering should i cut my hair off. I have alopecia for many years. my hair is only toward the back, no frontal hair,
