Is invasive lobular carcinoma imaging symmetric or bilateral

Hi,
Did anybody diagnosed as invasive lobular carcinoma for ultrasound imaging described below:
Broad area of vague hypoechogenicity seen throughout the upper outer quadrant of both left and right breasts, symmetric appearance.

An ultrasound alone cannot diagnose cancer. It can only show abnormalities or areas that need further investigation. Have you received a diagnosis yet, or would you like to share more about your situation?
