Chemo regimen for stage IIB HR+Her2-
Hi everyone, I was recently diagnosed in July with stage 2B HR+ and Her2 negative IDC with macromet in one lymph node. I'm 45 years old and pre-menopausal. I had my lumpectomy in late August and struggling to make a final decision regarding which chemo regimen to proceed with. AC-T was the initial recommendation and TC was offered as a secondary option based on how overwhelmed I was. I don't want to undertreat but also afraid of the side effects and overall impact. Any thoughts/suggestions would be helpful for anyone that would like to share. Thank you

Thank you. Since my last post I received the results of my Oncotype score which was 18. At this point I'm leaning towards the 4 rounds of TC.
