Aromasin
Hello Ladies,
My Onc ordered Aromasin today after being in Arimidex for several months. My finger joints were swelling and painful, as is my knee and pelvis when I walk. I am still on Zoladex and had a Reclast infusion recently for signs of osteopenia. I’m afraid the Aromasin will be the same, hoping for some advise on experiences. I have already gained 15 lbs since I started treatment. Any issues w hair loss? Does the pain get better w this new drug? Will I continue to gain weight?
So disheartening to keep starting over.

Hi, sorry about the disconfort.
I'm on Exemestane (Aromasin) for a little morethan 5 months and no issue with it.
No joint pain, no gain of weight, no swell, and absolutely no hair loss.
It seem a pretty gentle drug, at least to me, but off course everybody have different SE...but I just wanted to share my opinion.
