in Stage IV/Metastatic Breast Cancer ONLY

I’ve been on Ribociclib/Faslodex tx for liver mets since July 2023. Recent MRI indicated several new liver lesions. I’m rather disappointed that the above tx only last 15 months. Going to start Piqray this week. I’m concerned about the side effects of hyperglycemia and diarrhea.
could you please share your experience on this drug. Thanks.
