I was diagnosed in September. Started exercising in November by joining a gym . I have been doing treadmill, resistance training and balance exercises. Today I am going to the pool for a fitness class and then meet with trainer for half an hour. I think I feel better mood wise. I too need to lose weight. I need to cut back on my carbohydrate intake.
