Kisqali and Time to Response

hi there. My wife is about 22 months into a stage IV diagnosis, original mass in right lung and multiple bone mets . PET report today showed avidity in the liver. She’s a little over 2 months into Kisqali. I’m wondering how long it took for the drug to “kick in” for you. Basically I’m just trying to find a reason to be optimistic for me, her, and our kids

someone else asked a similar question recently - 2 months is a very short time period to see a response. I believe it can take up to 6-9 months to see any changes with Kisqali.

I assume she’s on an anti-hormonal as well?
