in Stage IV/Metastatic Breast Cancer ONLY

has anyone tried this drug? there is a trial opening near me for combination of this and cdk4. not sure if two drugs in trials is less safe?

    Hi Lizdegnan, Is this the trial?

    It's likely to be very popular as there are a lot of people who have now progressed on ET w/CDK4,6i and the new Pfizer CDK4i will work on those endocrine-resistant cancers! Data from earlier trials looks very strong, should be a great trial, tho it looks like they are restricting it to those having had just a few lines of therapy.
