We found that a combination of Ka'Chava and Premier Protein drinks make all the difference in energy levels. Just eating meat, beans, etc. for protein wasn't enough.

    Exercising regularly

Getting out for a walk or doing some type of exercise every day has been the most helpful for me. It helps me sleep better at night & helps give me a little more energy- especially if I am able to be outside for a walk. The fresh air does wonders for me mentally & physically

Exercise helps me tremendously and being outdoors walking my dog on long walks. I also ride horses. However, My oncologist stronly suggested I eliminate as much stress as possible, so I had to resign my full time position. I listen to my body, and I do rest in the afternoon if I need to.
