Diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic ILC

My mother ,who is 62 years old, was diagnosed with Invasive breast carcinoma favoring lobular carcinoma, Grade 2, NBR Score 6. Her IHC panel shows : ER - Positive, PgR - Weak positive, Her-2/neu - Negative, Ki-67-22% and No PDL1 expression seen.

PET findings are

  1. Lesions in all quadrants of right breast infiltrating skin and nipple areolar complex SUV: 24.3,
  2. Lesions infiltrating the pectoralis major muscle SUV: 25,
  3. Right axillary, interpectoral lymph nodes SUV: 26.9
  4. Bilateral internal mammary lymph nodes SUV: 5.9
  5. Supradiaphragmatic lymph nodes SUv: 8.6
  6. Cervical lymph nodes SUV: 9.3
  7. Hepatic lesions SUV: 15.5
  8. Periportal, portocaval, celiac axis and upper retroperitoneal lymph nodes SUV: 13.2
  9. Skeletal lesions SUV: 27.8
  10. Soft tissue thickening in presacral region SUV: 7.2
  11. Diffuse mild thickening of stomach. SUV: 9.1

Kindly help me in analyzing the above findings. Much appreciated.

    @padmakanchi We can't really help you analyze these findings, since that is up to the professionals, and PET scans are very complicated. It does look like the disease is widespread, and I hope you and your mother find a good treatment plan that gets it all under control. This period of diagnosis is extremely hard emotionally and physically, so I am glad you are there to help your mother through this with love.
