Lumpectomy + Oncoplastic - in June 2024 w/ Radiation Oct 2024 4 weeks. Began Letrozole Sept 2024. Lots of symptoms since Radiation, I stopped taking the AI for 3 weeks last fall, my Oncologist freaked out so resumed it. I'm anti-drug mentality and but med team convinced me due to ILC loves Estrogen, and if you get BC outside the breast: Bone, Liver, etc. it is 'incurable'. I am also doing Natera Blood Test every three months since ILC doesn't show up on scans sometimes. I have so much dizziness and fatigue w/ AI's I'm trying to figure out a way to stop them. I had to take HRT since 1996 due to stage 4 Burkitt's Lymphoma - spread everywhere and emergency surgery took my ovaries :( at age 29. I tapered off HRT in my early 50's , I'm 57 now. I mention this since I had Osteopenia for years now have Osteoporosis according to bone scan of hip.
