Cancer recurrence worried....
Hey all. My mother had breast cancer 8 years ago it was spread under armpit 2.3inches. They did surgery chemoteraphy and radiation everthing went okay. Now after 8 yeras my mother got anemia they did bone narrow biopsy that shows cancer cells there . The doctor says its cancer recurrence but they dont know where it is she will do a fullbody mri scan in 2 weeks .Is this breastcancer stage IV long distance recurrence and what does it mean …please help iam very worried for my mother :((

@adriansummer I'm really sorry to hear that you and your mother are going through this. It's very scary at the beginning when the diagnosis is being made. But hang in there. There are many treatments available for advanced breast cancer, so hopefully your mother will be ok. We'll be able to help more when you know what you're dealing with.
