Anyone on DATROWAY (Dato-DXd)?

Hello-I’ve just started DATROWAY and have finished my second cycle with adverse side effects. I’m wondering if anyone has had the same experience and asked their oncologist about dose reductions, etc. to mitigate these. Thanks so much!

I'm about to start datroway too. Anyone out there have any advice/lessons learned? I am TNBC with chest wall recurrence that responded to Trodelvy for a couple months before I had progression.
