Enhertu hair loss
I was told I’d keep my hair but it started dropping out fast. Looking back it may have helped keep more hair had I not brushed as aggressively, started modest iron supplements before iron & other numbers dropped requiring one transfusion. And switched hair products sooner. I think it would have prevented or slowed hair loss… not complete hair loss and started rewriting so far as I continue Enhertu…also had dose reduced to every 4 weeks instead of 3…to give blood a chance to build without blood transfusions …I switched to soapbox hair products & use a rosemary mint oil occasionally to promote growth. I work it into scalp let it sit 30-60 minutes before my shampoo then wash & condition with growth promoting gentle shampoo…and lightly occasionally between shampoo to make hair less dry. When I started brushing gently I also shed less hair. I occasionally add a biotin supplement and halt it the week before treatment so it might have less affect on blood work.

Hi @willowoaks, and welcome to our our Community.
We're so sorry for the reasons that bring you here, but we're really glad you've found us. You're sure to find our community a wonderful source of advice, information, encouragement, and support — we're all here for you!
Yes, unfortunately, we've heard that for some people, Enhertu can cause hair thinning or loss. In some cases, the loss slows down after the first few initial treatments, and for some, it continues but at a slower pace. We're sure others will by soon to weigh in with their experiences.
In the meantime, some resources from our site on managing hair loss might be helpful.
Sending gentle hugs,
