Letrozole Side affects

Hi All,

I have been prescribed Letrozole for almost a year now, My hot flushes are affecting my sleep, is there anyone in the forum who can suggest a natural remedy to reduce the Hot flushes?

@sadebry45, my wife was prescribed Cymbalta (duloxetine) to combat the symptoms of menopause brought on by the estrogen suppressors and aromatase inhibitors. It is an anti depressant but is used off label to treat hot flashes and joint pain associated with menopause. She has found it highly effective. It's readily available and cheap and apparently very safe. I recommend asking either your MO or your PCP if they'd be willing to write you a prescription for it.

black cohosh over the counter has helped me so much. I also take letrozole
