Jes finished giving Bella a nice warm bath.  She look jes like a drowned rat when she wet...LOL.  Anyway,  I got the electric clipper out and got her nose quick like and did a good job I mite say.  Then went after her bottom...but she squirmed too much, got a little off is all.  Then after her blow-dry style'n I got the scissors and clipped more from her bottom.   She all fluffy n pretty n running round like no tomorrow.  Will keep an eye on her and see what advice Tied can give me.  Tanks fer askin bout her...I do worry alot.  LOL, but not like brother Bax....he whined the whole time thinking I was hurtin his sister...soo cute!

My DD jes called, she has signed up for a 5K in May in Vegas.  Cept they don't jes run/walk the dang thing...they gotta go through this obstacle coarse.  I jes finished watching some video clips of em and boy...looks like tooo much fun.  They have to go thru mud, over chainlink fences, crawl under wires/ropes...And they have all these brewskies on tap too...Everyone jes dwinkin n dwinkin.  Mese wishes I cud run...walk for dat matter.  But I will again...walk that is.  Never could run cuz of da shin splints.  But walkin is good.  Anyone interested, check out the web site.  Devil Dash.com . They have them in AZ, CO, TX and I forget where all.  DD knows a gal at work that is bout 55 yoa, that runs all the time, her goal is to run a MARATHON on EACH Continent!  Wow...DD says she wants to be like her when she grows up.  LOL

Karen, dere is notting bettar den triscuits with red kosher wine.  Don't you get the wine from Israel? I thought that is what you did it the past.

Mema, Stella is soo excited to be going to Nevada. She wants to know if you will take her to gamble. Ya see, she saved de money de Dork gave her in de fall for raking leaves and what she has not spend on shoes and hand bags, she would like to gamble and double de money. I so happy for her.

Just realized my DD and I will be traveling home from Lisbon on Apr 2, the anniv date of my dx (4 yrs ago). BUT since we will be flying first class, and getting into all the business class lounges in Paris and Atl, we can celebrate that too!!! Nice way to celebrate dat horrible day.

Gud luck wid de packing Unde! And Karen, soooo gwad your wines came in! Had a nice steak dinner at my parents last night, but my mom was having an off day, and didn't even know what the microwave was. That really broke my heart. Glad that my dad still functions so well, as he has to double check everything she does. She bought a new keyboard, and I was setting it up for her, but dang even I had trouble figuring it all out. I hope she can use it like she wants to. They also mentioned wanting a treadmill here (although my dad walks every morning, don't know why he doesnt' just insist my mom go with him)....not sure where a treadmill would go! I think sometimes she thinks she wants something, very seriously, then the next day would not remember that. Oh, it is so heartbreaking. I know so many of you are going thru similar things with your parents.

Lovely weather today....hoping the same for all of you lovelies! Still lots of pictures in the paper every day of the tornado damage...very sad, but we were fortunate not to have lost anyone that day....I think only 1 in AL, but 38 total in other states from tornadoes that day. Have a gud dey, girlz! Me? I'm gonna sit right on this lounge chair and hab those Tia Maria/Rum dwinks! Ahh, Pants even put a teeny umbrella in my dwink, since it is such a nice sunny day at the HTL>

Oh yeah, Karen you were mentioning having Triscuits with wine, and Dotty was saying how good Triscuits are. Do either of you get the "Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil" Triscuits? I love those the best, and will drizzle ex-virg olive oil on it and sprinkle italian seasoning on top....YUMM! (BTW, I also like olive oil and italian seasoning on my popcorn, but recently tried some of the good tasting coconut oil on popcorn (I mean COP PORN), and it was yummy too)!

I am getting ready to log into work and try to get a few hours in while my brain is working. I stayed up so late last night, could not sleep. But I suspect that is because I had two percocets with dinner last night.I think I am falling apart. The bursitis in my leg is acting up again and nothing seems to help. The meds just make me not care lol.

Alli, how nice that your friend collected all that money to pass to you for Komen! And it sounds like ebery one had a blast. But where is Stella going in CO? I thought she was going to fly into Las Vegas? Who is picking her up? Darn, she has become so independent since the first time I sent her to Lori's place. She used to refuse to go anywhere by herself.

Karen, i would be very interesting in hearing more about keeping it kosher. If Stella is coming your way, she will have to abide by your house rules. I know a bit about it from my Jewish friends but would love to learn more.

NM, loved your post again today. You are on a roll goil. I loved most the gal under de water whose head looked teeny tiny. I have always gotten a kick out of the illusions of water. The next time you get into a pool, you need to tilt your head sideways and watch how the water appears to be only a few inches deep. I hope you are feeling well and hope you find the answers you are looking for with the asthma.  I know it is not a laughing matter, I lost a girlfriend from childhood who had an asthma attack and dropped dead in her bathroom on a sunday morning while preparing for Church. So sad. I worry when you can't breathe and think of my friend whenever you talk about it. 

Lori, sorry about that gross pic I posted. I was searching for a photo of ears when I came across that pic. I though he looked a lot like John Boy but agree that the pic was enough to make me wanna purge. I hope it has warmed up there for you, I cannot believe how the weater changed there. Like the others, I had also thought of AZ as always being warm. I have learned a lot from you. I will try to get a photo and de Dork and Scuby tomorree, can't wait to see my Lisa! I am not dreading monkey day as much as usual since I get to see one of my fabborite goils. We will exchange hugs and toast all yese goils. 

Mema, I hope your Bella is doing better today. And yes, berry cute that Baxter was looking after his lil sister. Your fur babies are stinking adorable. I know Stella will lub dem. I hope you got de info from Tied dat you were looking for. It is so nice to have pwofessional fwends here to turn to. We have our nurse, our gwoomer, our irrigation specialist, our teachers and counselors, decorators, nail experts and of course Stella who is an expert in dwinking and making twouble. Really though, you get my point. 

Katharoonie, we do have the Cracked Pepper andOlive oil triscuits here. I put a little fat free motz on them and melt it. The motz tastes buttery on the triscuits and is to die for. Add a few grapes and badabing, got a great snack with wine. I do not drink wine often but enjoy a glass or two now and then. That is what I dwink when trying to act classy. So glad you are back to eating some good steaks, nothing better than a steak dinner! Maybe de tenders can soyve some up for us.  How are your tootsies feeling? I hope better. 

Beanie, it is sundey fundey, I pray dat you habing some fun and not working or stressing. I am in need of a long bisit to de htl chapel. I have not been to church since 2011 and am ashamed of mese. But I will be sure to say some prayers for your physical and mental health. I am sending you some big  cyber huggies.

Wow, just read on FB that the baby girl passed away at 4:10 pm this evening. That is right when we were driving through. Can not imagine what this family is going through. My heart breaks for them!
