Good morning loungettes!!!

Thanks for all the congrats!!  I feel they should give me a deploma or something or ceremoniously burn my "cradle"...something to mark the end anyway..lol.  Im looking forward to da partayy...and we can celebrate Juliets end of computer class too..Juliet, Im sure I will find things to do with the time...lol..actually I go back to my regular work schedule next week so I get an extra hour of sleep durring the week days..tho it wont be long unil my vacation and then once im back I only have about 1 full week of work before I go in for my surgery...I cant see anything becoming close to normal again until the fall. 

Wish I could have come and hung out at the fukitol fountain with ya last night Dorty and Allie..I was just too pooped ...ended up turning my light off at 1030pm which is a bit early for me.  I can imagine how pissed you were about the doggie pee pee...did you find a new carpet?  I hope your DD is starting to feel better. The gym still sounds like too much too soon.  But kids will do what they want to do..I know I did and I know I didnt always make the best choices.  Shame on Stella for polishing off your drink.

Thanks Bernie for the Champaigne and Cake!!!  Perfect for the celebration!!  I love chocolate..even tho I shouldnt have it...I get the sugar free chocolate sometimes but that stuff makes you poop...and poop a lot.

When my gd came here ..she allready had a grammy and a nana and she even had a Meme I got stuck with grandma...blech..I like Meme...I believe its french canadian..or just french..its not quite Mema but close.

Morning DahhhlinKs.  Tomorrow Maddy's mom comes to take both gks home.  AM lives near Maddy so won't be out of the way for her and safe me a trip in.

When AM was 2yoa, we used to have him over here alot.  He didn't and still doesn't talk very well.  So to make it easy.  Call my mom GGMom for greatgrandma and GMa for me (grandma).  Well....it ended up mema and he only got GGma once before we lost her.  And Papa always been papa...hence mema n papa.  So when Maddy was born, we jes carried it on.

I want to address everyone's post...but time does not allow.  Promise to respond just as soon as I can.  Hope to be able to pop in for a dwink or 6 later for Cyn and Juliet.  We'll see.

Heya Chrissy!!!!  I wish I had heard of those gramma names before she settled on one...I dont like gramma either..makes me seem like some old biddy or something.....I like those suggestions...mebee for any other grands that I have...hopefully I'll remember those when that happens a long long time from now.  Allie, funny you mention G.G ..my mom wanted Kayla to call her G.G for great gramma but that didnt stick..she got gramma to...hahaha..nice try..trying to be hipper than me..lol .  I dont know about any kind of rads celebration but I do think there should be some kind of acknowledgement...one of the techs asked me a couple days ago how I planned to celebrate and I told her drink heavily..she just said "you go girl"...haha..

Lika....good luck with the Chemo..I was lucky not to have had to go thru chemo myself..just rads..it all still is surreal but like Allie said we will all be here for you thru your treatment....you couldnt have found a better bunch of ladies for support..

NM, sorry you are so tired. I can relate, also had a night of very disturbing dreams. Not quite as bad as missing babies but too weird to even discuss here. I think I sometimes get a rebound effect from taking valium. I laid in bed tossing and turning for a few hours before nodding off and did not feel rested. 

I just logged into work to see what is happening. I am bummed out as there is an incentive paying triple time for overtime through the end of the month. I could be racking up big bucks but no no no, jest sit at home bored stiff. And for nothing. Still having a hard time accepting what is happening. But my Suz again reminded me that I am breathing and well and THAT is what is REALLY important in the grand scheme of things.

Cyn, so excited for the end of your treatment. I see the partay is getting underway! I sure hope they give you something to commend you for making it through your treatment. And I hope and pray that your burns are healing well.

Lika, nice to see you again. I am sorry that you have to go through chemo. The girls here will assist you with any questions and also give you suggestions.  Native Mainer (NM) is our resident RN is is also very open to questions and suggestions. I hope you hang around, you will receive lots of love and support and the girls here are true friends. They welcomed me with open arms and this is my home on BCO. Pop in tonight, we are partaying like rock stars!

OMG Bernie, sooooo funny! It took me a minute to get it but I literally lol'l! I may steal that for my facebook too, love it. Matter of fact, I love you girl. How ya been? You don't say much.

Ok, de partay has started. Cyn is prolly in process of getting her final zap right now but I am starting the sailabration. I am having a diet pepsi with a spash of segrams strawberry daqueri added for taste. 

I just had to run to the doc and pic up an RX and also a copy of my blood work.  A few things of concern, my HGL is too low and my Glucose and Triglycerides are too high. I guess I should not have picked up that buy one get one free Hershey bar but they do have almonds which are good for the cholesterol lol. Really though, I think my doc will be having a talk with me soon.  I bought a new thermometer too as my DD tainted the old one, did not use the protective cover. I feel like I may be coming down with something but my temp was normal. Will be watching berry closely. Gads, I shirley has been biotching a bit here, dat gonna stop now cuz we are sailabrating in style. I am gonna take a walk around and he what the tenders and wenches are doing. Oh, Stella jest told me that she saw a big cake and she said she tasted de icing with her finger. Dat goil bad. I tail ya one ting for sure, she better get her grubby hands off mese dwink or she gonna be hurt! hehe!
