    A Readers Digest story:

A woman rushes home from work, showers and off to her GYN appointment. During the exam the doc looks around to stirrups and says to the lady "You didn't have to dress up for me".

She goes home and has considered his statement all the way home? She went to the bathroom and looks at the container that she thought was her hygiene spray. It was her daughters glitter spray :)

regret the following is true of my cat Arthur who is the most predatory feline I've ever had.....

How much do cats actually kill?

    lol

reminds me of my mom's parents Siamese cat Sam. She was clearly Gramps's cat but she loved leaving my Grams little "presents" like birds, mice, chipmunks, etc....

Yes, I had a sweet cat, Marley, who used to bring in shrews, totally alive and intact. I think he thought I might enjoy chasing them. Of course I was always delighted to repatriate them to the wild...

Arthur on the other hand rushes in, prey dangling from his mouth, and goes in under the bed or the sofa to make sure I can't get his prey, because its HIS, ALL HIS and he has no intention of making me a present of it Bawling

Love the cat stuff. My sister in law gave me the book. My cats are not killers however.....we have six cats and had a mouse running rampant through the house - even through the living room! - for three weeks. Finally was done in with a trap and peanut butter. And these were INDOOR cats. Now that we've moved to the country, we let them out a bit during the day. And they are mostly oblivious of the birds and other critters here.

Here's last night's sunset over Kapiti Island. And yes, that's the ocean you can barely see just below the island. There's a little whitecap wave that's barely visible. At any rate, the colours were pretty.
