Julie How neat, France with a DBF.....could it get more romantic? What part of France? How long will you be there? When do you leave, I want to put it on my calendar

Thanks, Sas. We are going for 3 or 3 and a half weeks next September. Don't know the dates yet. Seven of his friends just came to visit 2 weeks ago from France and they all went on a road trip on motorcycles. So he has friends, siblings, and parents throughout France. We get to go to several cities :-) I haven't been there since I was 21 when I did an after-college European trip.

Yes, we must surmise........ Did you all see Julie's man? Good Lord he really has it going on, DOESN'T he? And here she's out there going to France and finding another one? How many does she NEED I ask? And what will THIS one do, once she is gone? (I ask) Maybe we should all just list our phone numbers on here.... in case, well, YOU know...... In case he needs someone to talk to? While she is off gallivanting around all over wherever?

Woah been off the net for 24 hours and have missed all the hot "stuff"
Julie, Ireland is only a hop skip and a jump away from France ....how about a weekend here while you are in the neighbourhood

Here is my blood moon story:
1) 8pm: I bring DD's BF home to her house from ours. DD and I witness fabulous golden yellow "supermoon" big in the sky. Lovely.
2) 3am in the morning DH's 20yo son away at college texts DH (who keeps phone by the bed) "look at the moon Dad" causing shock awakening shaking with adrenalin (not happy)
3) 3.05am DH says he will get up and look at the moon (promise you he would not have done this if I had suggested it). He makes sensible suggestion that he will call me if the moon is worth seeing.
4) 3.10am DH calls me. Grudgingly, very grudgingly, I get up with a really bad grace
5) 3.12am Moon (while admitedly red) is a PINPRICK in the sky barely visible to the naked eye. Maybe if I had a telescope....
6) AAAAAAAAAAAAAGH! (This has not done wonders for my bad attitude.)
