    Whoops, made it. Holding same from last week. Been busy so exercise has been off the last few days. Hope for better results next week.

    I am the same, we are doing a big yard project so I have been working very hard, but then eating late & fast food.

  • I am down 4 lbs. I started Atkins on Monday and am enjoying not feeling hungry.

    Up 2 lbs. Have been busy and not getting as much workout time this past week. Should ease up soon. Meanwhile am getting in something at least every other day.

    I am also up 2. Back from vacation having eaten more with less structured exercise. Should improve now and I'm motivated.
