133.5 I think that's down .5. Not enough to count given the way I bounce around.

Up 2.4.....which is actually good considering the amount of food I devoured during my vacation!

Opps, I accidentally posted something here that was meant for another thread.

Ruth, of course it counts because 3/4 rounds up to one pound

Congrats to the losers!  I didn't bring my bathroom scales to MN with us so I'll have to keep track of my weight by the way my clothes fit--or don't fit!

    Down 1 more pound!

Wow, is it really 'Wednesday' and I made it here. What's up wit dat. Anyway, my scale is still packed somewhere and found my sister's but it's so old not sure it knows how to count anymore but it is showing I'm down so I'll take it. I did just pack for a trip tomorrow and put in a belt for my jeans so that's also a great sign. Will have to see if I need to tighten the belt as I continue on my quest to lose another 10-15 lbs.

Stayed the same at 133. Wonderful since I distinctly remember eating a lot of ice cream over the 4th.

Patoo, I haven't worn a belt in years. Congrats on needing to wear one with the jeans.

As stated earlier I didn't bring my scale with us to MN but I can tell from my clothes that I haven't lost any weight.

On vacation again. Lots of walking, but lots of eating too, so hopefully it will turn out to be a draw.

I am. My sister, SIL, 2 nieces, 3 close family friends and I are on a Girls Beach Vacation!

Down .5 to 132.5. Guess my walking 2 hours at the zoo helped.

Yiikes, I just got back from a vacation at my sister's. She is an old fashioned cook with homemade buns, appetizers, potatoes, gravies, sauces, desserts, ice cream drinks, cheese-covered everything.....I gained 5 pounds....

Sounds like it was worth the gain, Ruthbru! As you know, the first 3 lbs was probably fluid. You'll probably drop the weight quickly.

    One can hope!

I haven't weighed since we went north for the summer, departing on June 26th. My clothes still fit about the same, which is disappointing! I would like for them to droop. At least I can wear them. There is a scale like those in the dr.'s offices at the Anytime Fitness gym where we're going to exercise. I will weigh tomorrow when we go and then I'll have a baseline weight to work with. Or work against!

Weighed at the gym last week and this week. Maintained a high weight. 166. The truth sometimes hurts!

Down 1 pound, for a total of 6.2 lbs. Lost since I started obsessively tracking food & exercise. I reluctantly admit it works for me Happy

Congrats, Reader, on losing that chunk of flesh.

Lost 400 grams after an extended bike tour.
