DIM- for menopause weight again
Hello, I've heard so much about DIM. I think I got BC from taking clomid to get pg. So anything- even supposedly natural- that talks about hormones frightens me. I've done a search on this sight and saw a lot of ladies who take it, but they were mostly still IN treatment or deciding to take it instead of AI.
Has anyone taken it after treatment and for weight loss? Did it help, was your doctor ok with it? Thank you!

Hi there, I've been taking DIM, two a day for 3 months. I decided against estrogen blockers and am taking this instead. I had gained about 20 lbs over 5 years and was struggling to lose it. Without changing anything I was eating or doing I've lost 10 lbs in the last month. I don't know if it takes a few months to work. I wasnt taking it to lose weight, but a pleasant side affect

Hi. What brand and dosage of DIM are you taking? That will be my next choice if the side effects of Exemestane doesn't lessen. My oncologist even agreed to it. Thanks.

Hi there, the brand of DIM I'm taking is Nature's Way, 2 capsules a day with food. You can take up to 4 a day. It's actually DIM-plus. The plus is a powdered vegetable blend of spinach, broccoli, and cabbage (which I also eat more of) The best of life to you🩷
