Continue to have stiffness and numbness in knees and occasional hand pain and wrist
I continue to have stiffness and numbness in both knees and occasional pain in hands and numbness in fingers
I have tried to increase my activity and I take level and sometimes Claritin or Zyrtec
But recently I started applying epsom salt lotion to my knees with some relief . Just started taking collagen last week and I do have improvement in knee numbness and stiffness. Also I check the weather because rainy days will aggravate the stiffness.
Taking one day at a time!

Hi @hcharn, thanks for the update. We’re glad you’re finding some things that help, and we hope you continue to find ways to make things a little easier. It can take some trial and error to figure out what works best. Has anyone else dealt with similar symptoms and found something that made daily activities more manageable?
