MVC AND ANASTROZOLE

I have been taking Anastrozole for 22 months. one month after Starting Anastrozole my MCV (which is an enlargement of the red blood cells usually associated with anemia or folic acid and vitamin b deficiency. I have none of those according to my blood tests.) I am very concerned about this trend. My oncologist said that we will monitor it. I'm worried about bone mets. All other tests seem to be ok. Had anyone else experienced this? My level is now 102.8.
