Lymphedema under the eye

Hey gang.. hope all are feeling as well as can be. I have LE in both arms, back and chest post bi lateral mastectomy years ago. About two months ago I had an eye infection which was treated with antibiotic drops and it went away. Now suddenly about two weeks ago I noticed a swollen area below where eye bags would be.. not directly under the eye but a bit lower.. just on the side of the eye infection. I've been doing gentle mld around the eye (as per lymph massage online) and I do the Lebed exercises every day. Things are pretty much under control if I stick to the rules but this is new for me. I don't have a therapist right now as I moved. I'm just curious to know if anyone else has experienced this type of LE... I'm assuming it is LE, it behaves like it and there is no inflammation or soreness, just this puffy swelling which has reduced a little.
