Re: Can we have a forum for "older" people with bc?
@betrayal - thanks for the info. My LDL is high and it’s been an issue for the past 9 years. I’ve tried a couple of statins and cannot tolerate them, however I’ve had success with ezetimibe with my previous PCP. Unfortunately current PCP’s philosophy is to prescribe statins or nothing. Two years ago she indicated she would consider Repatha but that is out of my budget and I’m not interested in an injection. I think she was trying to force me into using a statin. She insisted on a coronary calcium scan and when the results were a score of zero she dropped the whole cholesterol lowering discussion.
I’ll pursue the topic with the NP along with the Dexascan order in the next week or so. I’m not a great patient and I think I used up all my perseverance trying to get BC treatment a few years ago. Primary care is a real weak point in my area, but fortunately my current oncologists are fantastic. As long as I’m not in imminent danger of dying I try to avoid doctors.

Indeed I do and I hope he knows how much he is missed.

Here are Trump's great numbers. It was an awful lot of reasons why NO one should have voted for him. Just unbelievable.

True, but they knew pretty much what was in that bill — it is theirs after all. In their book as long as it does things for their side and not ours — (like maga voters) than they are pretty much on board.

When you recognize each other it's easy to pardon each other.
Re: I say YES. YOU say NO....Numero Tre! Enjoy!
Maybe that's going to cause another chicken back-off.

Got what they voted for and do they realize they voted for the loss of un-employment insurance as well.
