Carole - yup, my memory was correct about your departure. Adding my wishes for a safe trip tomorrow.
I had good intentions of cooking today. But after several hours in the heat registering residents for neighborhood pool keys, I was too hot & sweaty to consider the stove. Dinner was leftover Lipton Noodle Soup. The mushroom omelette is still pending. A neighbor who helped out today brought me a batch of homemade biscotti. Yum.

I did not hear or read the speech, but it was given by Trump. I knew it would be mainly horrid.

Even though I watched RR on tv when he was a part of All In The Family, I never thought so much of it, but he is spot on and has been with the Loon — both times.

More likely afraid he'd be asked questions he wouldn't have a good answer for. Currently (if ever) he is not a good off the cuff speaker in any situation and certainly not when it is military matters.

If we can see so much in font of our faces, what in the world might be taking place behind our backs. I really get a bit of a case of nerves over that one.
