Miranda, I have not watched any national news lately so Steve Bannons recommendation came as a surprise. I think he is a horse's ass of the first order and always feel like he should be scrubbed down because he looks like the great unwashed. Hate to admit like minds because I have never agreed with him but Elon needs to remember he could be stripped of citizenship by the cruelest man after Putin. Can we banish his witch of a mother, too?

I feel pretty sure that the Epstein papers will never be revealed because he had some dirt on the loon, and perhaps Melania as well. After all there were rumors about her behaviors before they met and married that were not for polite company. That is why she wanted to pass that bill to suppress the possibility they would be published.
All this is erupting just before the loon's big birthday bash and I could not have asked for a better present. I have no intentions of turning on the tv that day for any news but will watch programs on my subscriptions that carry no news local or world-wide.
There is a repugnican congressman trying to pass a bill to make DOGE a permanent part of the government. Let's hope it is squashed in light of what is being uncovered and undone by courts because of illegalities.
Now we have something to discuss.

She said it’s not a steroid. I really didn’t understand the explanation. Think it was similar to what maggie15 was trying to explain. Something about the chemical structure but I don’t remember because it was a few years ago. I only lasted on exemestane for 6 mos. Lots of people seem to do well on it so might have less SE’s for you.
I did complete 5 yrs of AI. Took Letrozole the longest but made the rounds on app 3 of them.

Thanks to Chicagoan for reopening this thread. I'm interested in positive stories about our stage 4, it makes me feel good to read you.
I've been in stage 4 since January 2023 and I also know that my life expectancy may be a little shortened and deprive me of certain projects I had for my old age... but I bless every day when I feel good, with energy and then I launch into what I like to do on a daily basis. These little hobbies enrich me enormously: going for walks with my husband, cooking a new recipe, starting up the little vegetable garden and trying out new plantations, observing nature....I find that I have a much richer life than before my diagnosis. Of course there are ups and downs, and in the more difficult moments I adapt my pace of life. I'm lucky to be well surrounded by my husband and my care team, and I appreciate every moment of sharing. These last 2 years have been a beautiful journey, and thanks to the forum I'm moving forward with greater serenity.

@chicagoan Pickleball sounds awesome. I have a continuing hip problem too, but my daughter has urged me to do daily stretching and that has helped somewhat. I do reformer pilates three times a week. It's similar to yoga and I find that it not only helps my joints, but my overall well-being enormously. I walk my dog a few miles a day, and I'm happy to have him. I got back on my bike on Sunday, and plan to make that a more regular activity.
@threetree I have to believe that exercise is good for all kinds of holistic reasons, giving the body more energy, improving circulation, and improving mood for living life.
I'd also like to remember Zarovka. She started this thread and was an uplifting presence here.
