Kudos to you Irishlove for painting your bathroom! I have a lot of rooms that need painting-I did one last year but can't seem to get going on any of them this year. That compression fracture sounds really painful-hope you can get some relief.

wally - hope your trip to Edmonds is traffic light. Hope the results of your labs are good,, with.readjusted lab values and all. Years ago I used to love a goat curry, and have been dreaming of pizza. There is an Italian restaurant here that makes vegan pizzas, I migt have to tr it soon.
Tonight made shiitake mushrooms with spinach, and gnocchi with vegan cheese sauce ( nutritional yeast and olive oil with salt and pepper) . I’ve been enjoying playing with nutritional yeast recipes, it’s really yummy.. who knew…
And DH and I added wine to the menu, at least for tonight lol.. a lovely red .
