Re: how about drinking?
NM, Dealing with your mom's situation is hard but you are doing a great job. Texting the landlord after giving it some thought was wise. Dealing with this takes up time and energy you should be using on your own projects but ultimately the memories of how you did your very best for your mother give you great satisfaction for the rest of your life (at least in my case.) Treat yourself to some nice wine as a reward for your efforts.
Never thought I'd say it but I'm thrilled to see temps in the low 90's. Your DOD is bringing back memories of sour cherry cordial but I have never tasted elderflower liqueur. It sounds like something you would make at home if you lived in an alpine ecosystem.

The enemy from within is definitely Trump.

I will be so thrilled when these people are gone and I mean gone to jail and other unhappy horrid places for what they are doing to innocents.

BREAKING: CNN reporter Kaitlan Collins stuns MAGA land by standing up to Donald Trump at the NATO summit and shutting down his propaganda to his face.
This is what courage looks like…
“Fake news CNN. Here we go. Wait until you hear this question. You should really say how great our soldiers and our warriors are,” said Trump.
The embattled president has been aggressively pushing the narrative that simply reporting on a Pentagon leak which concluded that Iran’s nuclear facilities possibly survived the illegal bombing is tantamount to demeaning the American pilots who flew the bombers. It’s an absurd line of reasoning meant to distract from his own incompetence and the premature nature of his claim that the facilities were “obliterated.”
“I think everyone appreciates our soldiers and our warriors,” Collins responded to Trump, before asking if his obliteration claims were based on Israeli intelligence.
“No… No… This is also Iran made this statement,” said Trump, bringing up a statement from Iran that the sites were “badly damaged.” It should be noted that “badly damaged” is very different from totally wiped out.
Trump went on to insist that the Pentagon’s analysis also floated the possibility that the strikes were as effective as intended.
“You didn‘t choose to put that because it was very early after,” Trump whined to Collins. “Since then, we‘ve collected additional intelligence. We‘ve also spoken to people that have seen the site and the site… The site is obliterated, and we think everything nuclear is down there.”
This incident is just the latest proof that Trump is growing increasingly insecure about the bombing. He was planning on this NATO summit being a victory lap for the strikes. Instead, it’s devolved into an embarrassing series of insistences that his alleged victory was in fact a victory.
Always patting himself on the back because he's really terrified he is wrong. So just another day in the life of the guy who make us all look the biggest fools ever. So stupid he does anything he's told.

Reps — no empathy, no sympathy, not one ounce of caring anywhere in them or near them. Dangerous and deranged just like their leader.
Take away their Kool-Aid and hope they get well.
Re: I say YES. YOU say NO....Numero Tre! Enjoy!
And they're STILL fearmongering with their "socialist" nonsense every time the people stand up against the billionaire class.
Re: I say YES. YOU say NO....Numero Tre! Enjoy!
Trump is getting old and so is this crap — when it's not sarcastic. (and a lie too).
