Can you go somewhere and just get a second opinion? Not a full on switch to another oncologist, but just a bit more input from another pair of eyes and ears. Do you have any urgent care/walk in clinics near you? I've used urgent care before, and my PCP, just to get another take and/or some reassurance when I'm in an unsure situation like you are. I think an urgent care would be totally appropriate on a weekend and given your low cell count. You can just tell them you're worried and want a double check and some advice. Just my two cents. I hope you get some answers soon.

@jen1 I second @threetree 's advice to get a second opinion. It couldn't hurt. This amount of time between imaging scans seems off to me, and if nothing else it could ease your fears. Oncologists, at least the decent ones, expect for their patients to get second opinions.

Hello Sisters, 💗 I’m post day 4 of 2nd round of Enhertu treatment (started January 28, 2026) and feeling like roadkill again. I didn’t have as severe of the dex let down side effects (headache) this time, only one day instead of two. Had the sadness and emotional blues earlier, yesterday was fragile city. Today just fatigue and achy and queasy, although not bad enough I need to take zofran. My oncologist NP said she thinks I’ll tolerate it better as I go along. I’m trying to absorb her optimism. I’m grieving the loss of quality of life for the 5-6 days post infusion and hoping with all my being that it’s killing the cancer! I still high have quality of life overall and I’m doing my best to sit in gratitude and accept what is and live in the now. Sunny days after an amazing winter storm brought rain and snow to California helps with spirit. Hoping to join our Wednesday group this week. I have an appointment at 1100 so might join a little late. Love and light to all. 💫🌞

02-21-2026 Hello, how r u all? On the meetup I said that I was thinking of making a chart to note symptoms, so here's what I made. The symptoms go across the top, then I put check marks in days they happen. For any specifics, I'll turn the page right to left, to the corresponding line on the other side. I think it'll really help on my visits. On February's I have 12 symptoms. Sigh..

thought I was starting Xeloda in March but just started Feb 18th….3rd day and having a lot of stomach issues like cramps, constipation…has anyone else experienced these side effects…thank you for all the comments posted

Rischaller. Same hear. It has been snowing for a while. I think things are finally cooling down and it is starting to lay. I have continued with my normal actives. Seems boring so I don't think to post. I did learn in January that my shortness of breath with exercise was not med related but a lung issue. I have been fighting this for 3 years since diagnosis. The extreme cold finally forced a referral to a pulmonologist. I couldn't breath in the cold. My right lung that had my mets became painfull when I went outside. Ct scans weren't showing anything new. Now I am working on reconditioning from the breathing issue. No more struggling to breath when doing cardio.

Hoping they're wrong lol as I was enjoying seeing the grass a couple days now. Cozy sweats on, baked banana muffins this morning and roast is in the crockpot. Relaxing day here but was stressed this morning watching USA men's hockey team quest for the gold. Was exciting yet nerve wrecking also lol. Oh you ladies are the sweetest taking care of all God's creatures. I'm sure they love hanging around your property where all the good seed is!
