I believe this is true. When the miniscus tore off my knee i had to reduce my interval training due to pain. Within 5 months.my cancer had returned. I had my knee replaced. I still lift but I don't do as much interval work. Maybe it is time to change that. My guardant showed instill have a very small amount of cancer cells in my blood. I will have to rethink my workout program.

@chicagoan Really interesting. this is really advocating HIIT (like Japanese interval walking)—short bursts of intensity. I can get my heart rate up in Pilates, but I'm also trying to get some bicycling in. Good motivation. Guess I'd better get out for a walk tonight!

Good Morning, Loungettes! Happy Thirsty Thursday! Met up with the Wednesday, Women, and Wine group last evening, had a great time. My end of the table turned out to be all Dog Moms, and the stories flew fast and furious, along with pulling out phones and showing pictures. It looked almost exactly like the other end of the table, except that group was pulling out phone and pictures of grandbabies! The newest grandbaby in the group is a grand total of 1 week old.

Wally--I'm with you, it's worth spending a bit more for something you really like, and getting a batch to have at home is even better!
Karen--I never heard of Charlie Kirk until I saw his assassination on the news this ayem. I'm still SMH at the thought of someone being shot and killed while publicly speaking about gun violence. I hadn't heard about the Evergreen shooting. It's getting scary how often shootings are happening in schools. And I can still so clearly picture the patient and his room that I was in when I found out about the attack. I also remember how scary it was knowing there was a total grounding of all airplanes while hearing the big planes taking off from the nearby airport and knowing they were all military, from the Air National Guard Air Refueling Wing stationed there.
mOmmy--sounds like you've gotten a lot done for your cousin! Good for you!

I just went to have my fingerprints done for a new job, and it didn't dawn on me until halfway through that chemotherapy had changed my fingerprints!! I am 3 years post TCH and had perfectly good fingerprints before cancer! The poor man was baffled as to why they were not working. Reading your comments makes me feel a bit better and reassured that I am right!!

Well, I slept almost 10 hours, crediting an earlier bedtime, got to bed before sleeping on the couch. I feel alright but post Herceptin for a couple of days may have lower energy, I am not too worried. Got the usual stuffy nose as well but that is fine too.
Not sure what today holds, my ususal day out with DB but we have been hit and miss, will wait for contact as I don't need groceries currently. Clearing the space at the end of my couch to make room for either my own treadmill OR any new one I save up for. Would go the same place I got the first since I cannot lift a treadmill myself. No point messaging DB about it til the area is clear anyway.
Laundry, litter and a few dishes leftover are in my immediate future which is good,thorough cleaning of bathroom and that is about it. I must admit, the monkeys are pulling me to the circus with the stuff adding up outside. I know it is not my job. I may take the worst that bugs and bag up and put in my bin outside. Clean up the back for myself not the neighbours. Only reason not calling PM is because I do not want to be told I cannot use the bin I like using. I will put the outdoorstuff on my lowest priority of stuff to do.
For food, may make an egg sandwich to start with using a raw tortilla. Later there may be beans and pasta KD or otherwise and then open new box of white rice.
Walking on the spot has to happen as well somewhere along the way too.
I do hope all have a good day, I am in everyone's pockets too.

@wren44 Ugh I'm very sorry to hear you are now dealing with progression. It just plain stinks and we will all be squeezed in your pocket to support you. Sending strength , positive thoughts, hope and hugs your way. May Truqap stabilize progression and fingers crossed that SE are minimal to none.❤️
@mara51506 Can't blame the drivers either! Hope all is resolved quickly and they get an increase they deserve. Fingers crossed that this does not wind up impacting your travel.

Bumping for LVB experiences. I didn't have it.
It doesn't hurt to get another opinion even though your 3 nodes had tested positive the first time around. Were you given a baseline MRI ?
