I had a 3 cm lesion on my right pelvis which was treated with SBRT in 2022. The planning for the procedure is incredibly complex, including a detailed measuring and marking session of the treatment area followed by about a 10 day session to design the finely tuned approach for the beams. I had no side effects other than a mild soreness which didn't even need Tylenol. Good luck.

Pool is semi closed. Meaning it was clean as a whistle, including the rails - used WF-40 to get pine sap off of them, chemicals are in it circulating, and the winter cover is on it. But I still need to drain out water, and clean the filter out to store it over winter in the garage.
I’m beat. I’m the outside crew, SO is the guy who gets in the water. It was 78 so he didn’t freeze.
Tomorrow I can backwash the filler and unhook it. And start to flood the side street as I drain it. I have a 5:30 dinner with 2 gf as we celebrate one’s retirement. I’ll be able to get rid of my last 2 gifts from Ireland too.

I discovered my phone recents had every call since 2022 when I bought it. Also hundreds of emails since I usually get them on my tablet. Hopefully it will clear up a little space.

@seeq Rejoicing with you on your good PET scan results! Wonderful news. But so sorry to hear about your broken ankle and missing your cruise. How disappointing. Good thing you had the insurance.
My right hip has been very painful for about 5 months. I'll have an MRI this week to get better information as to what is going on. The pain has been so bad that now I am accepting that I may need a hip replacement. We'll see. Thanks for asking about it.

OUCH!!! So sorry for the broken ankle, but admire your attitude in looking forward. Trip insurance is a must - you were very wise to have it.
I am 6 years post hip replacement and every day I wish the rest of me felt as good as that hip does! It's a daunting procedure to contemplate but the outcome is worth it. I had the anterior approach and would strongly recommend it. There was a website called "Bonesmart" where I did lots of reading prior to surgery and it was helpful. Feel free to ask me any questions.
