@livinglifenow Pam so glad the PT was helpful. Funny how the lines of normal change lol. Daily practice, breath allow notice and relax. My daily mantra. I do daily pt for my range of motion recovery from radiation. It’s the consistency of movement that helps. And yes, it’s been quite the adventure these last three years. Skin Mets are tough to contain, but we keep trying different lines of chemo. It hasn’t spread internally, so there is that . Right now I’m stable, 3 radiation treatments and the CMF + Keytruda seem to be the magic juice, so far. Appreciate your well wishes for stability..
Did my QiGong again today, a little longer. I love it. Since infusion was yesterday, it cut through the chemo off feeling so well, could feel the energy. And of course, as those who know me on other threads, my meditations of light are my source of goodness.

Fenbendazole, Ivermectin, Mebendazole, Methylene blue for Breast Cancer
I’m curious if anyone here has tried any of these. I’ve read some success stories but would love to hear firsthand experiences. It seems like the medical community has been hesitant to share much information about how these options might benefit people with cancer, whether it’s breast, colon, or other types.

@amerli I know both would have preferred to meet under different circumstances, but here we are. ❤️I’m truly grateful that you took the time to read my story and learn about everything I went through last year. I strongly believe that no matter what we experience in life, good or bad, we all have a purpose. Like you, I was newly diagnosed when I first joined this group, and the love, support, and comfort I received from these ladies carried me through. Now, almost eight months later, I’m in a place where I can offer that same love and support to the next woman walking this path. I won’t pretend it’s easy. it’s incredibly hard. But you will get through it

Hello, all. It was 26 degrees this morning. Not much warmer than my NC cabin. Heading to yoga this afternoon. I am leading it today. It has been a while. I am bringing a cheat sheet. LOL
Cindy, I sure hope we don't have snow over the weekend. The cold is bad enough.

Implant surgery was faster than I anticipated. It took longer to put in numbing gel and Novocain than the actual drilling & screw. I did take a Xanax before leaving the house, I get so nervous visiting a dentist or surgeon for anything other than a cleaning. Once home I slept for over 2 hours. So far so good.
I hope the snow cyclone dies out before dumping anything anywhere. Our heat is still on, it was 43 when I got up this morning. I’m not used to bundling up but I will be!
Carole, I haven’t seen frost, thankfully. But our banana trees, 2 trees with banana bunches, I’m unsure what this weather will do to them. We’ve already gotten all the avocados out of that tree. I hope the bananas survive.
Teka, I hope your breakfast was perfect! I could go for some French toast, anytime of day.
Betrayal, years ago after seeing plays I purchased some of the sound tracks. Hearing them takes me right back to the play. I’d blast them while cleaning the house (NY). I was younger and more enthused about cleaning. Ha! But so true.
Chris, Tippy was on the mark saying potty. He knew he had to go out, but for another reason. He’s one smart dog.
Taco, it’s on the chilly side in Key West too. But absolutely Miami is better than Syracuse weather. We always say the chill is all relative, depending on where you’re coming from.
I’ve got to pick up a script at Walmart. It was another cluster here with getting meds after the implant. After that I could get in a walk, and/or sit in the sun reading a book.

Carole, I laugh about the "typical" southern winters since every winter when I lived south of the Mason Dixon line there were at least two weeks of well below freezing temps or snow/ice. In the north everyone is prepared for such weather but southern houses are not constructed for it and local governments don't have the appropriate road equipment. I recall one night in AL when DD was an infant with an ear infection and a temp of 106. They couldn't send an ambulance 15 miles out into the countryside and the icy roads were impassable even with 4WD. A neighbor who was a GP walked the mile to our house with adult amoxycillin tablets which we ground with my mortar and pestle, mixed with the appropriate amount of water and fed her with an eye dropper.

Minus, I'm glad you are finally feeling well enough to try a real meal. In one way landing in the hospital was an advantage since I got antivirals, steroids and immune system boosters so my recovery wasn't quite as long as it might have been.
Wally, Glad you were able to have lunch at your favorite restaurant. It’s so hard to remain upbeat when someone you love is struggling. Hugs for you.
Dinner tonight was salmon piccata, acorn squash and boiled potatoes.

@sf-cakes that kind of question is a big part of what caused me to change dentists. My previous dentist, who knew my dx, decided to press me on straightening my teeth (they're not perfectly straight, but they're not bad at all - and I was 60 at the time). At that point, I felt more like a paycheck than a patient, and decided it was time to move on.
