Rebuilding in a flood zone— not just a coastal issue. I was raised on the Mississippi River. Time after time.

@betrayal At 5'2" I am right with you. I always wanted to be taller. I can barely reach the second shelving in my kitchen which is a bummer… I moved from San Diego 3 1/2 years ago. We lived in Pacific Beach right off Sail Bay. I sure do miss the water and the beach, but not the tourists. San Diego is big, so you may be going nowhere near where we lived, but I would be willing to give you any information I may have if you need it. San Diego is one of my favorite places!
Re: Heart health
just because it's abnormal doesn't mean there are major issues so whether you need to be followed by a cardiologist may or may not be true. There are degrees of abnormal. 15 years ago I found out I had a hole in my heart. Later during COVID my primary care physician send me to get some tests and had them reviewed by a cardiologist (because she wanted to know if it was worth closing the hole) the answer was no (I however never had an appointment with the cardiologist ). However because there is a known issue I think I will eventually end up with one. I would definitely talk to your doctor, you could even talk to a primary care doctor if you have a more comfortable relationship with them since all you medical team can get access to that information especially if you have any other things that can impact your heart health (high blood pressure or cholesterol issues for example). But just because it's abnormal doesn't mean you have to followed by cardiologist but by all means discuss it with someone so you have your own knowledge on the issue
Re: STEAM ROOM FOR ANGER
Already seeing pink everywhere. People do not need to be reminded of cancer all time every year and makes me hate October now.
