Almost all wars, perhaps all, are trade wars connected with some material interest. They are always disguised as sacred wars, made in the name of God, or civilization or progress. But all of them, or almost all of the wars, have been trade wars.
Re: fatigue
I’m not sure where you are in your journey. I had chemo, single mastectomy then radiation. Fatigue was definitely an issue, but wasn’t horrible for me. I walked every day outside. Some days it was only 15 minutes, other days it was 30 or 60. I tried to go in the morning, because I had more energy then. The walking helped me physically, mentally and emotionally.
Each day I tried to take care of anything that I needed to do that day in the morning, if possible, I felt better in the mornings and had more energy then. In the afternoons, I would be kind to myself and nap (if needed) or watch some tv or read for a while. The hour or two of down time helped me get through the remainder of the day. Be kind to yourself- your body and mind are going through a lot!
I had some issues with appetite during chemo, so I would snack on some nutritious things throughout the day.
I hope this helps. Make sure to talk to your dr & nurses. The nurses always have helpful tips - they are amazing!

Humor is something that thrives between man's aspirations and his limitations. There is more logic in humor than in anything else. Because, you see, humor is truth.
Re: I say YES. YOU say NO....Numero Tre! Enjoy!

Hi ladies, Canadian here. We love you but don't want to be the 51st state. You ladies are part of the resistance. Keep it up. It will ultimately be the increasing numbers of resisters that return the US to a state of normal democracy. In the meantime, the evil triumvirate, Putin, Netanyahu and Trump, are ruining lives all over the world. It has nothing to do with ethnicity or religion, but rather the pathological sense of power and greed that these men have. I hope they all enjoy a long stay in a cell in the Hague one day.
In the meantime, resistance is not futile. Bella ciao.

My guests came home to my house last evening. They stayed at the beach for the sunset. The grand niece took off as soon as we came in, to stay overnight at our neighbors. The older she is the less I see her. LOL
Today was 74 and full sun, so off to the pool we all went. Beautiful, restful, and surprisingly not crowded. I think a lot of guests have already left for home.
Tonight we’re headed out soon for an early dinner. It’s the restaurant where the car died last visit. I’m taking the newer car today. Going early because we need to be up early to take them to the airport tomorrow morning - leaving here at 5:30 AM. They’ll be back home in NY before 11 AM. I hope I’m back to sleep before 6:45 AM! It will be dark out when we drop them off.
Nothing special planned for tomorrow. Laundry and stripping the bed. Maybe put presents away. Watch some football, and eat leftovers.
Enjoy the weekend!
