Re: Cats, cats, cats
My girls celebrated their birthday yesterday. We dont know their actual birthdate as we adopted them when they were 9 weeks old. We did the math and estimated they were early September babies, so we chose Sept. 6 as their birthday. Princess just turned 11 and Grace is now 7

Amen… 🙏🏼
That gives us a ton of hope, thru Christ Jesus
I've been in remission for nearly 12 years!
I logged in tonight for the first time in quite a few years. Just wanted to say that I have been in remission for almost 12 years after my IBC diagnosis. And it was not my first breast cancer diagnosis. I was diagnosed with IBC while I was in the middle of treatment for my first diagnosis (IDC/DCIS). (More details in my signature below.) Praise God! Just wanted to offer up some hope to others who have been diagnosed with IBC. Hope it encourages someone who reads this post!
Re: Do I need a 2nd opinion?
Agree with Maggie. Yes get a 2nd opinión, but do it once you have all the tests and the plan -which surgery when, which treatment(s) in what order. Then you go to the second MO and present them with the test results and see what they propose. Good due diligence if you can do it.
Re: Can we have a forum for "older" people with bc?
Chris - good luck with the surgery. I hope it brings much needed relief.
Betrayal - sorry to your back is bothering you. Perhaps the long plane ride aggravated it? Hope you enjoy Alaska.
Cindy - be careful taking the Natuzzi sofa to the curb so you and SO do t get hurt. The power washed wall looks great.
Sandy - an alternative to power washing the garage is to use Wet & Forget. You spray it on and it will wash off with the next rain. I know Ace Hardware carries it and probably Home Depot, Lowe’s and Menard’s as well. The north side of our home and our lawn furniture tends to get the green mold or whatever it is due to lack of sunshine and we’ve been successful using it.

Tippy has decided that "medicine" is another word for "treat". I suppose that if the wanting something so bad that without it one feels sick… 😆
