Re: Can we have a forum for "older" people with bc?
carole, I always ended up holding the disposal when dh replaced it. Thank your dh for his ingenous replacement. I always felt like I was going to pop a shoulder.
harley07, humidity in PV was so high, you didn't sweat. The temperature was high as well but much like our summers so not unbearable. It was nice to get off the ship. Sea days today and then 2 days of scheduled tours.
Waving "hi" to everyone.

Thanks for sharing the photos, Betrayal.
Cindy, you're a true friend.
We spent half of yesterday am installing a replacement disposal. DH comes up with clever ways to do things. He used a jack to hold up the old and then the new disposal. And he lay on a couple of pillows. I assisted by handing him things. Lowe's wanted $165 to do the job.
I plan to go to the 11:30 senior exercise class today.
Hi to all.

Cindy, you are being a true friend to take the extra steps to get your friend close to her hubby.
Re: Honoring IllinoisLady (Jackie)
Very sorry to hear she has left us. She was so witty and always supportive. Thank you for posting about her.
Re: Stage III Cancer Survivors........20+ years and out
Jacqueline, I remember you from waaay back! I was diagnosed in Nov of 2004 and came here looking for a lifeline. I think my original name here was SherriG. It is so good to see this remarkable update from you and I am so happy you are living large! Congratulations!!

Jacqueline! I just checked in for the first time in ages, and am so thrilled to see your thread. You've been a shining light ahead of me for the past 19+ years - I couldn't be happier for you. And it's so wonderful seeing other long-timers showing back up!
My heart is always warmed when I see your username, because I remember back when you told us what it means😍! I'm working on 42 years of marriage myself.
Hugs and hope to us all - Julie
