Thank you so much brutersmom, I so appreciate your input. My last period was 9 months ago so I’m pretty much menopausal. I just got more pathology updated and it appears to be triple negative ki67 40% which seems like all very very bad news. Just totally gutted as cancer until this point has not run in my family. But within two weeks of each other my dad was diagnosed with colon cancer and now this.

I have a meeting on weds with a surgical oncologist who will tell me more, and like you, I am also getting a second opinion with another top doctor to be safe but wow, feel like I just keep getting the worst news possible.

Within just a few days we've had a significant earthquake in the Northeast, a total solar eclipse and Mt. Etna blowing purple smoke rings. Really hoping the cure for cancer is next. ❤️💖💜🩵💙

I love the art mkestral, no creative bone in my body, juices are more technology based for me. Food combos and frugality are my jam. Whatever supplies us some energy is what we need, Emac you have the right idea, energy is a bank. You withdraw for a task and make sure you have enough, small tasks, short tasks are the way to go, get more stuff done that way and hopefully friends and family are helping out, pocket duty for you.

Went to bed stupid late, not really sure why so of course the fatigue follows. I slept well enough while asleep. Oh well, got my MRI to check head bleed and brain. Not particularly worried about it as no symptoms happening. Right now finishing up some laundry and paying attention to cycles to get what I need finished quicker than usual. Set different chores to be done at same time. After laundry, litter box cleanup. Get garbage ready to go for tonight as well. That is no problem.

Getting to the point where I think DB needs to put in the AC, I know heat will be turned off but it is hot in the apartment right now. At least there is a window fan going and plenty of fans in the apartment. Thinking of cooking eggs in the mini griddle, back on wanting to give my brother the pancake mix from costco that was a waste of a purchase. I really need to stick to plain food as it can be a waste if I get tired of it. Core foods like eggs, little meat pies, pasta or even soup noodles with beans or other stuff. The seasoning should be the change in dishes not a bunch of new foods. Not sure what I want yet for meals, should involve eggs, no more junk needed either.

Hi kaynotrealname, I’m sorry your increasing ALP is making you anxious. Since the level is still in the normal range and your PA has a logical explanation for the increase a six month wait is not that long. Blood markers alone are not used to diagnose a bone condition. Keep up the weight bearing exercise and healthy diet. Try not to worry until you have a reason to.

Oh, that positivity thing hit a nerve! If one more person ascribes my longevity to my positive attitude, I may let out a stream of not so positive expletives 🤬. So are they implying that those who have passed contributed to their own demise by not being positive? And don’t get me started on the whole fighter/warrior stuff either!
