Hi. I had a mastectomy on my right breast in March 2023. I started Letrozole in May 2023. I have noticed that I am getting frequent UTIs since I have been on Letrozole in addition to Osteopenia and increased cholesterol numbers. Any advice on how to reduce the UTIs.
