Here I go again
I was originally diagnosed back in 9/2023 on my left side, 13 MM stage 1, grade 1 DCIS/IDC. Had lumpectomy with 20 sessions of radiation. Tried Lupron, which gave me hell for almost a year. Well here I am again…
After 10 years, here I am again. I meet with my oncologist and surgeon soon. Still waiting on HER Fish results. Will be going for an MRI soon. I figure I’m facing mastectomy as I had lumpectomy/radiation the first go round. It’s in same breast.

45yo Newly diagnosed with ILC Stage 1A and LCIS. Us found 1 tumor at 6mm. MRI biopsy found a 2nd tumor at 7mm with Lcis. Will be getting double mastectomy with reconstruction. New Diagnosis - Recurrence less than 1 year
I had DCIS last year, had a lumpectomy with neg margins, no necrosis, 90% Er/PR positive. Tiny, so no additional testing. I did not do radiation, but i was on tamoxifen.
