You all "close escrow" and do it without the seller seeing your face. Here in the east, it is called a 'round table" closing where buyer, seller, agents, attorneys and title company rep (called "escrow officers" in the west, are all around one table for the closing. And we do not have to wait for the property to be recording in the county before the keys are tranferred. I have seen them mess up the terminoly in movies that are supposed to be in NY yet they refer to it as closing escrow. Hi Lori, how have you been? How is everyone doing on the site? I sure do miss you all too, I just found I wasnt letting go and moving on and really had to take a break from anything cancer related for awhile, I sure hope no one took it personally it was just what I needed to do. I am doing well, keeping strong keeping busy so far everything is looking great and I have no reason to think it will change but of course you know occasionally those doubts do pop into your head but I quickly chase them out. Hope your having a great summer, please say hi to everyone for me.

But I need to google her story again, I think she got implants immediately afterDMX, and that is because she had implants prior. So, her muscle had already been cut, and therefore les pain, so there is the rest of the story! And you said they already removed your TE's? After 5 weeks? I had mine in for 6 mos before my exchange, maybe I read that wrong?

Really, really bizzy, as Lori said. TOO much to do. Then we had the buyer want a reduction in price, but luckily we had another buyer JUST WAITING for the chance to buy it at full price. THEN the purchaser finally realized he is getting a STEAL at the full price, and is sticking to the contract. Whew! BUT my parents did not realize how much there is to go thru, and to pack. So I have my work cut out for me....every day, sunup to sundown. AND (I told some of you) some things she packed up that she wanted to keep (and I think some valuables too)) got put in the Salv Army bag by someone else and taken there. We realized the next day, but too late, already at the dist center. We had them sealed in boxes and plas containers, but was a mis-communication. They should have waited for a day or two and not shown up my first morn here.....wuz too tired,jet lag and not sleeping, and jest prolly didn't stress enuf which stuff was supposed to stay. Anyway, weather is beautiful, windy and tradewinds even at night. My bod is just not used to trying to work and sleep without a/c. Looking out at the ocean while I type, and one of the islands. Wanted to kayak to the island, on a tour, but wind makes the ocean so choppy and rough. They had 25 rescues right here at our beach, on the 4thof July, mostly kayakers. Juliet, I wish I could find a kayak course at home.....I think they only do it in spring there. And I am so envious of NM's kayaking on the lakes there. Would love to get rid of the snakes in our lake...even in the rivers...as we love taking the kayaks out, but do it with trepidation.
Unde, of course we will ALL be there wif ya for soigery!!! So happy for Beans and her new home! And Cyn, those pics of you and Stella were BEAUTIFUL!!!!
